How Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology Works
Ultrasonic cleaning operates by converting sound energy into mechanical vibration. Ultrasound waves radiate through the cleaning solution, creating microscopic bubbles that vibrate under sound wave influence. When these bubbles collapse, they generate intense shock waves producing pressures up to 10¹²-10¹³ PA and localized high temperatures. This cavitation process effectively separates insoluble contaminants and disperses them into the liquid solution.
