Ultrasonic Welding Principle

1. Ultrasonic welding machines convert low current frequency to high frequency AC using ultrasonic generators, then create mechanical vibration at the same frequency through ultrasonic transducers.

2. Mechanical vibration is transmitted to the welding joints via amplitude modulators. The vibration energy received by the welding joints transfers to the workpiece, where it converts to heat energy through friction, melting the plastic.

3. After vibration stops, maintained pressure allows the weld to solidify through molecular linking, creating a unified whole.
